We are blessed to live in one of the most beautiful places on earth.
Surrounded by beautiful mountains, eagles flying above our heads and waiting in trees lining the slough, swans hanging out in the water and nearby fields, and I never tire of looking at it all.
The other day as we were driving home, I couldn't help but notice the eagles, perched low in the trees at the farm across the street, so my neighbor (who works on the farm) brought me over to take some photos, assuring me that the owner would not mind. It was amazing, seeing these magnificent birds soaring in the sky, and dotting the leafless trees as they watched the water.
